The Seller guarantees to make every reasonable effort to meet the delivery time indicated on the Site and, in any event, to effect delivery no later than thirty (30) days from the day following the date the Customer placed the order and payment was confirmed. In the event that the Seller fails to fulfill the order due to the temporary unavailability of the Product, the Seller shall notify the Customer in writing and arrange for the refund of the amount already paid by the Customer for the Product, in accordance with the following paragraph.

To ensure the product’s longevity, we recommend carefully checking the material composition and care instructions provided in the technical sheet.

The item will be shipped depending on its volume in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging. Please do not throw away the packaging, as it can be reused to make a return thanks to the double adhesive label.
