How we use artificial intelligence

AI-generated images Some product images on Spazio Pritelli, in particular on-model photos, are generated or modified using artificial intelligence. These images are labelled as AI-generated wherever they appear on the website. What this means for you

• The product is real. Each image is created from the actual product we sell. We check that colour, materials, details and proportions are faithfully represented before publishing.
• The models are not real people. The people shown in AI-generated images are virtual models. Any resemblance to existing persons is purely coincidental.
• Your rights do not change. If the product you receive does not match what is shown on the website, you are covered by the statutory conformity warranty and can return it under our Refund policy and our Conditions of sale.

Why we label these images We believe you should always know how the images you see were created. Labelling AI-generated content also meets the transparency obligations set out in Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Questions or reports If you think an image does not faithfully represent a product, or you have any questions, write to us at orders@spaziopritelli.com.
