Shipping policy
International Shipping & Customs Duties
For deliveries requested to countries outside the European Union, any import customs duties, taxes, or additional charges shall be borne exclusively by the recipient.
Customers are therefore advised to contact their local customs authorities in advance in order to verify any applicable costs, import duties, or restrictions before placing an order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times provided by Gruppo Pritelli are purely indicative.
Any delays in delivery, as well as shipments fulfilled in multiple partial deliveries, shall not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery, request compensation, or claim damages of any kind.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, Customers are required to verify:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the information indicated on the courier delivery note;
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, and has not been altered in any way, including sealing materials such as adhesive tape or metal straps.
Any damage to the packaging and/or products, or discrepancies in the number of packages or shipment details, must be immediately reported to the courier and clearly indicated on the delivery note returned to the carrier.
Any issues concerning the physical integrity, conformity, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days from delivery, according to the procedures described in this document.
Shipping Times
- Italy: delivery generally takes place within 2–4 business days from the shipment date.
- European Union Countries: delivery generally takes place within 3–5 business days.
- Non-EU Countries: delivery generally takes place within 8–15 business days, excluding possible customs delays.
Please note that shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Important Notice for Non-EU Orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union are dispatched on a duty-free basis. However, goods may be held by customs authorities pending payment of import duties and local taxes.
Any customs clearance delays are outside the control of Gruppo Pritelli and cannot be considered grounds for refunds or compensation.
