RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any justification within 28 (twenty-eight) days.

The withdrawal period expires after 28 days starting from the day:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods, in the case of a single product;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last good delivered, in the case of an order containing multiple products delivered separately;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last batch or piece, in the case of delivery split into multiple lots or parts.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by submitting a request through the account section on www.spaziopritelli.com within the specified deadline.

 

COSTS AND CONDITIONS

All risks relating to the return of products to Gruppo Pritelli remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse.

For EU countries:
Return shipping costs from Italy and other European Union countries are borne by the customer.

For non-EU countries:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
All customs duties, taxes, and charges relating to the return remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Returned items must comply with the following conditions:

• They must be unworn, unused, free of odors, and in the same condition in which they were received.

• They must have the original tags and the security seal intact and still attached.

• They must be neatly placed in the original packaging, including dust bags, hangers, garment covers, or any other accessories received with the order.

• Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, which must not be damaged or used as external shipping boxes.

• Swimwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers) and the underwear must be tried on over personal undergarments; any signs of use will result in the return being refused and the item being sent back to the customer.

• The return must be shipped within 28 days from the original delivery date.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Returns of perfumes, beauty products, or items containing flammable or hazardous materials are not accepted, in compliance with transport and safety regulations.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

 

You can initiate a return within 28 days from the date of receipt of the item.

 
REQUEST A RETURN

1. Log in to your account on www.spaziopritelli.com.

2. Select the order you wish to return: click on the 3 dots on the right and select Request Return, specifying the reason.

3. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and you can ship the items back.

 
PACKAGE PREPARATION

1. Place the product(s) to be returned in the original packaging, ensuring that all packaging and accessories are included and that the return complies with the conditions indicated above.

2. Fill in the adhesive label found inside the package with the required information and apply it to the outside of the box, making sure it is clearly visible.

3. This label is not intended to be used as a return shipping label.

4. Ship the package to the following address using a courier of your choice:

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will verify that it complies with our Return Policy (as specified here and in Article 10 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale). the return passes quality checks and all conditions are met, we will issue a refund (including the initial shipping costs) using the same payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs, duties, or taxes are excluded from the refund.

If the product , does not meet the return criteria, we will inform you by email. In such case, you may choose to have the item sent back to you, with shipping costs at your expense.
