Refund & Return Policy

At Spazio Pritelli, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.


RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn, unused, and in original condition;
  • include all original tags and packaging;
  • be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a defective item;
  • a damaged product;
  • or an incorrect item,

please contact us immediately at orders@spaziopritelli.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain categories of products cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods;
  • personalized or custom-made products;
  • personal care or beauty products;
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have questions regarding the eligibility of a specific item for return, please contact us before placing your order.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • sale or discounted items;
  • gift cards.

EUROPEAN UNION – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify for withdrawal:

  • the product must be unused and unworn;
  • all tags must still be attached;
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging;
  • proof of purchase must be provided.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider;
  • it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted to your account.
